1. Our Quality Guarantee
Every baby delivered by siliconedollsofcomfort.com is handcrafted, new, and guaranteed to be free from defects. Our dolls are created to the highest standards of artistry, equivalent to boutique retail products, and are supplied by our accredited artists.
2. Your Right to Request an Exchange or Refund
If a product is found to be defective or does not meet the specifications discussed during our WhatsApp consultation, the buyer has 15 business days from the date of receipt to request an exchange or refund.

If the 15-day period ends on a Saturday, Sunday, or public holiday, it is extended to the next business day.
3. Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return, the customer must return the doll and accessories in their original, unused condition. This includes:

The original packaging and all accessories.

All instruction manuals, birth certificates, and documentation.

The items must be intact and in their original presentation.
4. How to Initiate a Return
To process a claim, the buyer is required to send proof of the defect to reborndollsnz@gmail.com. Please include:

A detailed description of the issue.

Clear photographs of the defect.

A screenshot of your WhatsApp order confirmation.
5. Cancellation & Refunds
If a customer exercises their right to cancel within the allowed timeframe, we will refund the amount paid for the doll, excluding the original and return shipping costs.

Refunds will be issued within 14 business days from the moment we receive and inspect the returned item.

Please note that cash payments are not accepted under any circumstances.
6. Shipping Responsibilities
The buyer is responsible for all return shipping costs. We strictly recommend returning the product using a tracked shipping service (such as DHL or FedEx) to ensure it is securely received by our nursery. We cannot be held responsible for return packages that are lost in transit without a tracking number.
